Business: LOFT-STYLE CONDOMINIUMS
Cumming Station is a new construction building of loft-style condominums. The building, located just north of Atlanta in downtown Cumming, Georgia, was designed and built to look like a turn-of-the-century building.
We designed an 8-page sales brochure for the project detailing the various condo floor plans and amenities of the surrounding area. We also designed an over-sized postcard direct mail piece with a similar look advertising the condominium.
