Project Description
Client: Tam’s Restaurants
Business: RESTAURANT
MMi initially designed the identity for TAM’S BACKSTAGE, a small bistro-sized restaurant located in the lower level of the historic building that also houses the Cumming Playhouse theater. The restaurant uses a theater theme for its decor and fare. Two versions of the logo were designed for different layouts and uses, both using the “Tam’s oval”.
A few years later, MMi was asked to also design the logo for TAM’S TUPELO, a sister restaurant with a more contemporary southern flare, both in its decor and food. A modern color palette was picked for the restaurant and a bee/flower icon (tupelo honey) was designed for decorative use.
